Q. Did you have any reservations before moving to a cloud based computer system?
A. We did at first but John from ICT Solved put our minds at ease.

Q. Were ICT Solved helpful in explaining how it would benefit your business?
A. Very Helpful.

Q. How do you find the costs of cloud computing, as opposed to having a traditional in-house server? (Are you saving money in reduced cost of ownership and support etc.)
A. Yes we are saving money by using this system.

Q. How have you been able to grow the business utilising the new technology? (are you able to do more with the new resources - are you saving money by not having to employ additional office based staff)
A. we doubted this at first but the answer is yes we are able to do more with the new resources and yes we can do a lot more with this system as opposed to our old system.

Q. How did you find the transition from one system to another? (terms of any downtime whilst systems were transferred, did it affect the business? Was the new system easy to learn?)
A. no not really affected the business as ICT Solved carried out most of the transfer work out of our normal working hours.

Q. Now 6 months down the line, do you have any regrets going cloud based?
A. No regrets as we find this a much quicker and easier system to use.

Q. How did you find ICT Solved as a company helping you through the transition in general? A. 10 out of 10 for this one.

ICT Solved has resolved connectivity problems with our pcs within a short timescale and provided hardware support and additional software installation.

The friendly approachable and patient provision of service provided by ICT Solved has been exemplinary and queries are handled in a highly competent efficient professional manner.
